Epic/Unique pubs are a chain of gastro pubs committed to serving the communities they’re in.
Working with the General Manager and Head Chef of one of their busiest pubs, The Anchor in Aspley Guise, we developed a menu that focused on being nutritious, fun and interactive. Each dish was homemade, and included at least 2 of their 5-a-day, whilst puddings were fruit based. We invited local school children to taste the new menu and vote on the final dishes (see press articles).
After a 6-month trial we meet with the group Executive Chef Director to create a menu that could be rolled out across the whole chain. The dishes had to suit a wide demographic and various kitchen capabilities.

The menu has been praised by parents, children, bloggers and the press for being fun, interactive and tasty.
